Building Construction

	10'x22' building with cages on the 10' side
	2x4's covered by plastic sleeves wall studs. No exposed wood at all.
	Heavy duty plastic lined walls.
	29 Gauge Steel roof.
	Insulated door panels make great insulation for the floor and also will prevent mice from entering the building through the floor.
	3/4" Marine plyboard covered with commercial grade Linoleum or with HDPE plastic sheeting.
	Every seam is Plastic welded.
	External 125 amp breaker box.
	Light fixtures and GFI plugins.
	The building has water line hookup and drain line hookup ready to go.
	Utility sink with hot water heater.

Cages

	16 inside outside cages on the ends of the building
	Inside Cages measure approx. 30"x30"x29"
	Outside Cages measure approx 30"x45"x29"
	All cages are plastic welded cages.
	Stainless Steel hardware.
	Smart Removable floors on inside and outside cages, make it easy to remove, clean and disinfect. If after 10 years you want to replace a floor it would be very easy to replace it.
	Stainless Steel/Heavy duty 1/2" thick Plastic welded washdowns.
