  2) WASTE MANAGEMENT (Washdowns/drains)
  3) GOOD VENTILATION SYSTEM (not just windows)

Many people still successfully convert buildings into Kennels, but we think if a building was barn or a Shed it did not come from ground up as a Kennel and it can only work so good as compared to a good Kennel Building. Planning and designing  is very critical to make it a good working Kennel Building. Thats what we believe.

bullet 2x4's covered by plastic sleeves wall studs. No exposed wood at all.
bullet Heavy duty plastic lined walls.
bullet 29 Gauge Steel roof.
bullet Insulated door panels make great insulation for the floor and also will prevent mice from entering the building through the floor.
bullet 3/4" Marine plyboard covered with commercial grade Linoleum or with HDPE plastic sheeting.
bullet Every seam is Plastic welded.
bullet External 125 amp breaker box.
bullet Light fixtures and GFI plugins.
bullet The building has water line hookup and drain line hookup ready to go.
bullet Utility sink with hot water heater.

bullet Smart Removable floors on inside and outside cages, make it easy to remove, clean and disinfect. If after 10 years you want to replace a floor it would be very easy to replace it.
