Shipping and handling: 
All items are usually sold on a prepaid basis. We will use most of the major shipping sources - most of the items can be handled by shipping companies like UPS, FEDEX etc. Cages, wire and other items heavier than 70lbs will be shipped by Less than Truck load.

    Receiving Merchandise:
Please plan on making arrangements for unloading your merchandise at the time of delivery.
Inspect all pallets/cartons while delivery person present.
If there is a damaged pallet/carton, check contents. If there is damage to contents, accept merchandise but note damage on freight bill.

    Return Policy:
VS Supplies reserves the right to deny returns. It is up to our discretion whether we accept returns or not. Major defects to items that have been shipped need to be signed on the Bill of Lading of the LTL carrier and communicated to VS Supplies as soon as you receive Shipment. In situations where we accept a return there might be upto a 25% restocking charge. Returns that are accepted only receive a store credit.
